Returns Policy

In an effort to simplify our returns procedure we ask all customers to comply with the following process.

If you have an item you wish to return, please contact a member of our sales office who will raise the relevant collection.

Stock Items:

Unwanted or surplus goods will be credited upon return, provided the following guidelines are observed;

  1. We originally supplied the goods
  2. The goods are unused
  3. The goods are complete, in original packaging with instructions, and are returned in a re-saleable condition.
  4. All "no longer required" goods are to be returned within 5 working days of receipt. 

Faulty Goods:

Goods returned as faulty will be credited upon receipt provided; 

  1. We originally supplied the goods.
  2. The goods are returned within the manufacturers specified warranty period.

In some cases, goods returned as faulty are found by the manufacturers to be in full working order and fit for use. If this is the case, the goods will be returned to the customer and re-invoiced along with incurring a handling charge. 

Specially Ordered Items:

Goods ordered that are classed as “Specials” and some "Furniture" items are non-returnable. Customers will be notified of this at the time of ordering.
